19:15  Saturn, Neptune, and Russia

In 2014 André Barbault wrote that the 2026 conjunction of Saturn and Neptune, at 0 Aries, would be ‘The most benefic configuration of the century’. Historically the Saturn Neptune cycle, particularly the conjunction, had coincided with major events in Russia even before the Revolution. This chart will look at the cycle and what was happening in Russia from the discovery of Neptune to the present day and consider the impact of the upcoming ‘benefic’ configuration.
