19:15 The World in Change
As the world changes, so does our perception. As astrologers, we run the risk of becoming stale without welcoming new ideas into our methodology. This lecture will propose that the 20th century ways of interpreting charts are fast becoming redundant, being replaced by a more holistic, vibrant and consciously cognitive way of integrating astrology into our lives at a daily to decade long level.
Steve will show the idea of Astrology as being alive, with a valence and life force, Astrology is a ‘she’ not an ‘it’. People don’t find astrology, astrology finds you. This assumption is the gateway into seeing our chart not just as a blueprint of potential but as a mission statement, a purpose, and a guide to why we volunteered to come to planet Earth at this time. At best, it helps us see through impositions of millennia concerning mortality into a new perspective.
Without new perspectives, astrology runs the risk of becoming trapped in the past limited by old boundaries and conceptions. As someone who have given over 600 readings annually for the last thirty years Steve has formed his own ideas on how Astrology is evolving and will share them with you all.
